This was a Building Better Communitites project through Ball State University where we worked in pairs to create a new and exciting space for the third floor mezzanine of the building.  Two restrooms were also redesigned to be brought up to code.  The challenge of the project was to create multifunctional spaces and keep the historical integrity of the builiding in tact.
